Position Overview:
Lyros Technologies Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Associate with 0-2 years of experience to join our team. As an HR Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives. Your strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and passion for HR practices will contribute to the development and implementation of effective HR strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating offers.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and external recruitment agencies to meet talent acquisition needs.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing events, celebrations, and team-building activities.
  • Address employee queries, concerns, and grievances promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in maintaining positive employee relations and fostering a supportive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare HR-related documents, such as offer letters, employment contracts, and performance evaluation forms.
  • Assist with HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Support the performance management process by assisting in goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
  • Assist in coordinating training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Assist in HR-related compliance activities, such as ensuring accurate record-keeping, adhering to data privacy regulations, and preparing reports as needed.
  • Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure HR practices align with legal requirements.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, such as HR system implementation, policy development, and employee engagement surveys.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in HR or a related role (internship or HR certification programs will be considered).
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow in the HR field.
