Position Overview:
Lyros Technologies Private Limited is seeking a skilled and experienced Network Engineer with at least 1-2 years of practical experience to join our team. As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization’s network infrastructure. Your expertise in network protocols, troubleshooting, and network security will be essential in ensuring the reliability and performance of our network systems.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Network Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handling Internet Troubleshooting Issues relevant to Computers, Application, Basic Networking, LAN, WAN Technologies.
- Monitor and optimize network performance, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Troubleshoot network issues, identify root causes, and implement effective resolutions.
- Should have critical thought process and decision-making capability with focus on accuracy.
- Basics understanding of Hardware and Software, Computer fundamentals, Internet and Networking fundamentals
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their network requirements and provide technical guidance.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers for network-related projects and support.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing timely updates on network-related activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
- Proficiency in network troubleshooting and diagnostic tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong documentation and reporting abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Initial Training Location: Bangalore (EPIP Zone, Whitefield)
Work Location (Client’s Location): Chennai
